The Reds ended one of their most successful seasons with a resounding 3-0 win over Allscott Heath in the final of the TJ Vickers Shropshire Premier Cup final at the Bucks Head, home of AFC Telford.

It was a nervy opening for the Reds as they looked a bit rusty from a 4 week break from action after the league campaign ended back in April, and were indebted to goalkeeper Jack Sheward who pulled off two stunning saves to deny Allscott the lead, before the game turned on its head with 2 quick fire goals, firstly from Lewis Bloor and then Harry Bower, both goals coming from quick breaks and superbly assisted on both goals by Billy West, which settled the lads down after that nervy start.

The 2nd half was a dominant performance from the Reds but a tale of missed opportunities for the lads, as chance after chance was squirmed. The 3rd goal would become pivotal and luckily it went the way of the Reds through Man of the match Harry Bower, a goal that took the game away from our opponents and made the last 20 minutes a little more relaxing for the travelling supporters from Whitchurch.
